Due to its nature, this glass has much less thermal-shock resistance than Class A glass used for our Precision Tubes. It may contain Fe2O3 which is paramagnetic around 1200 ppm and has certain impact on shimming quality at high field over 600 MHz. High-Throughput NMR tubes have an averaged camber of 60 microns to guarantee the spectrum resolution for small molecule (MW＜250) samples up to 600 MHz. WG-1000 Tubes are sold in various pack sizes. The twist pack is made of polypropylene and resistant to common organic solvents. The packing materials are 100％ recyclable.

Plugs are made of PTFE and chemcially resistent to most orgianic compound. Recommended for sample positioning inside the NMR tube. WG-504 is a stainless steel positioning rod and recommend to use with WG-805, WG-805J, WG-805K, WG-805D, WG-805A, WG-805A-3 and WG-805C plugs. 529-C is the Kel-F version of WG-504, and is only recommended when necessary due to its fragility. The Universal Solvent Jet NMR Tube Washer can be used for any length NMR sample tube by a simple adjustment of the flexible PTFE tubing.By loosening and retightening the fitting on the assembled washer head, the PTFE tubing that extends into the sample tube is adjusted to the proper length. The washer head is then affixed to a filter flask(with vacuum sidearm) and the side tubing is inserted into a washing solvent reservoir. After an inverted sample tube is placed over the PTFE tubing, a vacuum is applied to the flask, sample tube is pressed against the rubber gasket to form an air-tight seal that starts the solvent flow.By lifting the PTFE tubing out of the solvent reservoir, the sample tube can be air-dried.
